This is a virtual tour of the exhibition. thINK was on display at the Contemporary Gallery from 23 December 2020 to 25 April 2021.

The act of remembering involves both storing and retrieving. Adopting an archival approach, we display historical objects from the Ming and Qing periods within an intimate, contemporary setting. We invite you into the life of the man who collected the objects.

thINK (read "think ink") seeks to not only present, but to evoke personal responses, to provoke dialogues between the past and present, through time and space. Get acquainted with the art of the brush and reflect on issues such as how we communicate, and what we choose to hold dear.
