Photographing the Towers of Faith Registration (with a $10 refundable deposit) is required. To register, click on the link: https://towersoffaith.peatix.com Join architectural photographer Darren Soh as he shares his experiences in photographing the religious structures in the Towers of Faith exhibition, currently on show at the Level 2 Foyer. Darren will share images not on display, as well as his work on other religious buildings in Singapore and around the world. About the speaker Darren Soh is an architectural photographer with a background in sociology. His works explore how we live and the spaces we create and leave behind. He has a particular interest in modernist architecture and is a founding member of the Singapore chapter of Docomomo, a non-profit that educates the public about Singapore’s modern built heritage. In 2018 he published Before It All Goes, accompanied by an exhibition and documentary of the same name, which championed the conservation of Singapore’s modernist icons. Darren’s photographs have been collected by the National Museum of Singapore, National Gallery Singapore, and other institutions around the world. He recently worked with Saint Andrew’s Cathedral to document extensive renovation works that took place between 2022 and 2024. His current project documents the Housing and Development Board’s architectural work in public housing over the last 65 years.
