To facilitate and manage the crowd flow, please pre-book a timeslot for visits. Tickets are available for booking 30 days in advance. Walk-ins are welcomed but not guaranteed.

Kindly take note of our timeslots (closed for cleaning: 12:45pm - 2:00pm):

• 9am entry
• 11am entry
• 2pm entry
• 4pm entry

Each timeslot is for 1 hour 45 minutes. No extension of time will be given if you are late.

Please arrive on time, as your tickets will become invalid if you are more than 10 minutes late.

Tickets are only valid for the date and time selected at the time of purchase.

All planned closures will also be detailed on the affected gallery pages. Occasionally, galleries may need to close at short notice for safety reasons. The following galleries will be temporarily closed:

• 21 Mar 2025 - 11am to 12pm ('Into the Hawkerverse - Present' gallery will be closed.)
• 22 Mar 2025 - 11am to 12pm ('Into the Hawkerverse - Present' gallery will be closed.)
• 23 Mar 2025 - 11am to 12pm ('Into the Hawkerverse - Present' gallery will be closed.)
• 03 Apr 2025 - 2pm to 3pm ('Into the Hawkerverse - Present' gallery will be closed.)
• 12 Apr 2025 - 11am to 2pm (Museum will be closed.)
• 18 Apr 2025 - 9am to 2pm (Museum will be closed.)
• 19 Apr 2025 - 11am to 2pm (Museum will be closed.)

• As the museum is dedicated to children 12 years and below, all exhibitions are designed with them in mind. Children must be supervised by an adult caregiver at all times. Adults are only allowed in the museum when accompanying children.
• Children aged 12 months and below do not require a ticket with a minimum purchase of 1 child & 1 adult ticket per booking. Otherwise, a ticket will be required, and admission fees may apply.
• You will be asked to choose a date and time-slot for your visit. Please keep to your time slot during your visit. Please arrive on time, at the start of your booked timeslot. Your tickets will become invalid if you are late for more than 10 minutes after the start of the timeslot. Our Museum reserves the right to refuse entry if you are late for your time slot. Entry to museum is based on capacity. 

• You will be able to purchase your tickets 30 days in advance of your visit. Please reserve tickets for your entire party in one order, as time slots may sell out quickly.

• All entrance tickets include admission to the Permanent Exhibition and the current Special Exhibitions.

• Limited walk-in tickets are available on-site but not guaranteed. Walk-in tickets will be available 10 minutes after the entry time slot begins.
• Admission to the museum ends 1 hour before the end of each timeslot (i.e. 10am, 12pm, 3pm, 5pm).
