Mini Makan Mania: Craft Your Own Ice Kachang Keychain!

Get ready to embark on a delightful culinary adventure as we celebrate the museum’s birthday with a special miniature food craft workshop. Create your very own miniature ice kachang using clay in this fun, hands-on parent-child workshop! In the session, you'll learn to shape and texture clay to replicate the appearance of ice kachang, sculpt a small bowl, and discover techniques for mixing and applying colours to achieve realistic details. Keep your creation as a display piece or transform it into an adorable keychain to take home!
Duration: Approximately 1 hour

Recommended Age: 4 - 12 years old
Activity Fee: $25 per pair ($15 per child; $10 per adult)

Terms & Conditions:
- Please arrive 10 minutes before for registration in the museum’s lobby.
- Each participant will receive a wristband upon registration to be returned after the programme and be guided to the Lewin Terrace.
- This programme will be held in Lewin Terrace, a programming space behind Children’s Museum Singapore. Please note that there is a long flight of stairs to this building and it is unsheltered.
- Tickets are sold in a pair, each child must be accompanied by an adult.
- If additional child ticket is required, kindly purchase another pair in a new transaction.

Join author and storyteller Evelyn Wong for an interactive storytelling in English, with multilingual dialogue. This storytelling session is presented by the Speak Good English Movement and a Children's Day Special.

It’s that time of the year where the museum will be opened to everyone during Singapore Night Festival 2024 and this includes access to two floor of exhibits, activities and fun.
