Indulge in a transformative session of guided meditation and sound healing, where you'll be led through serene landscapes of the mind, finding solace in the gentle whispers of nature's symphony.

Whether you're new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, the goal is to create an inclusive environment where everyone can safely embark on their personal journey of inner peace.

Participants are required to bring your own mats to sit on during the programme. The price includes admission to the Story of the Forest exhibition, meditation, and sound bath segment. The Glass Rotunda is slightly dark, so please adhere to the facilitator’s directions as you enter the space.
