General Group Visits

1. All visitors will need to obtain admission tickets from the Visitor Services counter at the ground floor of the museum before entering the galleries. More information to ensure your group visit proceeds smoothly will be provided once your booking is confirmed.
2. If you purchase tickets under the travel agent discount, please note that you will need to present a valid STB ID card for verification. Otherwise, full admission charges will apply, and you would need to top up the difference.
3. A refund or exchange is not allowed once the booking has been confirmed.
4. Each ticket is only valid for the date of visit and is non-transferable.
