Congratulations on winning a limited edition anniversary box set of all 32 red packet designs! Please follow the steps below for prize verification and collection:

• Please contact NHB via any of the following means to arrange for verification and prize collection:

  • Fill in this form with your contact details, and preferred date and timeslot for prize collection (https://go.gov.sg/mrhongbaoscavengerhunt); or
  • Go to “I Love Museums” (facebook.com/ilovemuseums) and send us a Facebook message with your name, contact number and a photo of the leaflet with the lucky QR code;
  • Send an email to ong_jia_jing@nhb.gov.sg with your name, contact number and a photo of the leaflet with the lucky QR code; or
  • Call us at +65 6332 3231.

• Verification and prize collection will be conducted in-person at NHB’s office. Please note that prize winners must be able to collect their prize in person at the following address:

• Please arrange a timeslot for verification and prize collection. The timeslots are only during designated office hours (9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on Mondays to Fridays, and between 28 January and 19 February 2021 (excluding weekends, public holidays and the eve of public holidays).

• Please bring the original leaflet with the lucky QR code in person for verification during the allotted timeslot. NHB will not accept any substitutes for the original leaflet with the lucky QR code.

• NHB staff will issue the prize, which is a limited edition anniversary box set of all 32 red packet designs, upon verification of the original leaflet with the lucky QR code.

• The National Heritage Board reserves the right to amend privileges, terms and conditions without prior notice.
