PUBLIC PROGRAMMES

Public ProgrammesThe National Heritage Board’s (NHB) day-to-day mission of promoting Singapore's heritage is headlined by our key festivals, such as the signature Singapore Heritage Festival, Children's Season, Singapore Night Festival, along with our language campaigns, travelling exhibitions and community programmes. Over time, many Singaporeans have marked them down in their calendars as the "must-sees" and "must-dos" of the arts and heritage calendar.

Reaching out and connecting with the public on various levels, these well-loved programmes promote and celebrate different aspects of our culture and heritage that we share and pay tribute to, while emphasising the relevance of heritage to everyday life and for Singapore's future.

CRAFT X DESIGN

This Open Call invites local designers to submit a proposal for the co-creation of contemporary products for the local market, in collaboration with traditional craft practitioners in Singapore.

DIGIMUSE

The DigiMuse programme was initiated in 2017 and aims to engage the wider technology sector to crowd source ideas to enhance museum experiences, and build a vibrant cultural sector. Through a series of Open Calls, DigiMuse invites artists, technologists and culture professionals to co-create projects, and provide considered interventions that showcase the wonderful possibilities of integrating culture and technology in our museums.
