By registering for ACM's workshops, participants are deemed to have accepted the following terms:

1. In cases where payment is not received by deadline given, places will be given to others on the waiting list.
2. No refund if a participant decides to cancel or does not attend the workshop.
3. In cases where workshops have to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be made.
4. To minimise disruptions, please come on time for the workshops.
5. ACM, its employees and workshop facilitators will not be held liable, or bear any responsibility, for any injuries, mishaps, or accidents that may happen during the workshops.

The Museum reserves the right to make changes and modifications to the programmes without prior notice. The views and opinions expressed by the facilitators and artistes in the programmes do not represent the position of the Museum.
