At the Mexican Community Corner, experience the aroma, texture, and flavours of various Mexican chillies, then sample freshly made salsas with tortilla chips. At the Filipino Community Corner, learn about the ingredients that go into the beloved Filipino dessert, Halo-halo, and try a tasting portion.
