Training and Development Opportunities

We believe in continuous and lifelong learning for our staff so that they grow and develop to their fullest potential.

We offer a wide range of training programmes and activities; from partial-sponsorship schemes, study and examination leave, in-house courses and training, to fully-sponsored postgraduate programmes and on-the-job training. We achieved the People Developer Standard in 2001, and, in 2017, achieved the Singapore Quality Class with People Niche certification, in recognition of NHB's efforts in investing in, and developing, our family of staff.
